If we had a physical space, this would be our house blend. Since we don't... yet... we crafted it to be in yours. This super-friendly blend combines premium specialty beans from small farms in South America and Africa.

How our monthly drops work

• We roast once a month, each month. Typically the first Wednesday of each month. 
• Ordering opens a few weeks before the next roasting window and closes the Sunday before roasting. 
• We only roast what’s ordered.
• Your order ships within days of roasting for maximum freshness.

FLAVOR

The cup has a great aroma of toasted pecans and cocoa that gives way to a subtle finish of stone fruit.

Our roast profile is a blend of medium beans to create a cup that tastes extraordinary good, yet reassuringly familiar. It's designed to be your go to. Unapologetically approachable while still offering the nuanced notes you'd expect from specialty coffee. 

ORIGINS

This current blend features a blend of Brazilian and Ethiopian beans from smaller co-op farms paying a fair wage above fair trade.
