WE LOVE THIS ONE... We're featuring a beautiful grade 1 Ethiopian, and it's Organic. It comes from the Dumerso washing station in Yirgacheffe which is a woman owned-company. Not only are 90% of their employees women but they work to get more women farmers to participate with.

If you subscribe your order charge will go through the same time each month and you will get your bags at the monthly drop. And because we periodically rotate our single-origin the origin will periodically change... but it will be good. 

How our monthly drops work

• We roast once a month, each month. Typically the first Wednesday of each month. 
• Ordering opens a few weeks before the next roasting window and closes the Sunday before roasting. 
• We only roast what’s ordered.
• Your order ships within days of roasting for maximum freshness.
